We couldn’t be happier with the work TD Dirtworks did at our property in Tracy City. We had a serious drainage problem where rainwater would stand in both our backyard and front yard because the bedrock is only about 18 inches below the surface. After meeting us for the estimate, Ted recommended we have the property surveyed before starting the project. That turned out to be excellent advice—the survey showed our backyard actually narrows to a point, which changed the layout of the drainage system. Instead of installing a much longer drain as originally planned, he redesigned it to fit the actual property lines, reducing the project cost from about $5,000 to $3,000. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. He installed perforated pipe with a protective sock, surrounded it with rock, directed the water to the ditch, and did excellent work from start to finish. He also took the time to clean up the job site and smooth out the equipment tracks as much as possible before leaving. Just wanted to give a HUUUGE thank you to TD Dirtworks. We have land that has not been touched in years - very wooded and lots of rock. Within 2 weeks, TD Dirtworks had an area cleared for building, a long driveway in, and a gate at the entrance. Ted and Hunter even set up some of the rocks to decorate the front. We will definitely be using TD Dirtworks for future projects. They work hard and prices are great! He cleaned up some trees that were cut down already for me and then a really good job and put a I water line down for me I would highly recommend him

Very good land clearing work under difficult circumstances and great communication throughout the project.

We hired TD Dirtworks to install a 350’ long drain alongside a driveway and to clear one acre of woodland, half of which was to be clear cut and the other half just thinned out. We couldn’t be happier with the results! The drain already got tested with 2-1/2” of rain and passed with flying colors. The land clearing was just what we hoped for. Once we get past the rainy season we will be contacting him to arrange a bulldozer to grade the cleared land and blend it in with an existing clearing and, once that is finished, we will also have him out to redo all of our driveways.

Called Ted for help on one of my job sites on short notice in the evening. He responded immediately, was able to find septic plans for my clients house within 20 minutes, came out after hours to take a look, and then was out first thing the next day to perform a field line repair. He has the equipment to do any kind of earth work, he is a talented machine operator, and is a great guy to work with. As a business owner, I would and do recommend his work to any of my clients.
